Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans titre by Gerard Traquandi was auctioned at Christies in Paris in May 2007. The price achieved of EUR 960.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 800.00 – 1,200.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gerard Traquandi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre - 2004 in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 14,950.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans titre von Gerard Traquandi kam im Mai 2007 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 960,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 800,00 – 1.200,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gerard Traquandi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2004 im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.950,00.
