Admittedly, works by Gerard Traquandi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sans Titre - 2004 in April 2017 with an auction result of EUR 14,950.00.

Die Arbeit Forêt Rouge von Gerard Traquandi kam im April 2006 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.880,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 44 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerard Traquandi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2004 im April 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 14.950,00.
