Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Still Life With Flowers And Berries In A Glass by Gerard Röling was sold in the Pictures Watercolours and Drawings auction at Christies in Amsterdam in June 2005. The price achieved of EUR 2,880.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. Admittedly, works by Gerard Röling have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Plums in a dish in June 2003 with an auction result of EUR 17,925.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Still Life With Flowers And Berries In A Glass von Gerard Röling wurde im Juni 2005 in der Auktion Pictures Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.880,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gerard Röling auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Plums in a dish im Juni 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 17.925,00.
