Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Near Loch Lomond by George Turner was auctioned at Sothebys in London in August 2008. It achieved a price of GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,075.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. Other works by George Turner have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 10,222.50 (€ 16,203.92) in June 2000 for the work A Scotch Ford, Ben Voirlich in the Distance.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Near Loch Lomond von George Turner kam im August 2008 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.075,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Andere Arbeiten von George Turner haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.222,50 (€ 16.203,92) im Juni 2000 für die Arbeit A Scotch Ford, Ben Voirlich in the Distance beobachtet.
