The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 10,222.50 (€ 16,203.92) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A Scotch Ford, Ben Voirlich in the Distance is the most expensive artwork by George Turner that we have observed at auctions so far.
