Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2018 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Flowers On The Table by Gavriil Nikitich Gorelov. The price achieved of GBP 12,500.00 (€ 14,127.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gavriil Nikitich Gorelov - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work View Over Moscow, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 36,500.00 (€ 51,109.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2018 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Pictures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Flowers On The Table von Gavriil Nikitich Gorelov zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 12.500,00 (€ 14.127,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Gavriil Nikitich Gorelov mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit View Over Moscow beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 36.500,00 (€ 51.109,44) versteigert wurde.
