This work without title by Ganesh Haloi was auctioned at Christies in Mumbai in December 2016. It achieved a price of INR 1,250,000.00 (€ 17,413.76), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ganesh Haloi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One, which sold at auction in October 2021 for GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ganesh Haloi kam im Dezember 2016 bei Christies in Mumbai zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von INR 1.250.000,00 (€ 17.413,76) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56%. Für andere Arbeiten von Ganesh Haloi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One beobachtet, die im Oktober 2021 für GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68) versteigert wurde.
