Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Ganesh Haloi was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in March 2021. It changed hands for a price of USD 11,340.00 (€ 9,656.82) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ganesh Haloi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One in October 2021 with an auction result of GBP 50,250.00 (€ 59,532.68).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Ganesh Haloi kam im März 2021 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 11.340,00 (€ 9.656,82) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 8.000,00 – 12.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ganesh Haloi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Lord Buddha the Enlightened One im Oktober 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 50.250,00 (€ 59.532,68).
