Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2016 Sothebys in London held the auction Made in Britain, which included the work Bulbous Vase by Gabriele Koch. The price achieved of GBP 688.00 (€ 796.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Gabriele Koch have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Large vase in May last year with an auction result of GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,670.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2016 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Made in Britain durch, in der auch die Arbeit Bulbous Vase von Gabriele Koch zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 688,00 (€ 796,79) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gabriele Koch auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Large vase im Mai letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.670,22).
