Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Gabriele Koch achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in September 2020. In the Made in Britain auction, the work Large Vase sold for GBP 1,638.00 (€ 1,806.16) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gabriele Koch - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Large vase, which sold at auction in May last year for GBP 5,670.00 (€ 6,670.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gabriele Koch erzielte im September 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Made in Britain wurde die Arbeit Large Vase für GBP 1.638,00 (€ 1.806,16) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 600,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gabriele Koch mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Large vase beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für GBP 5.670,00 (€ 6.670,22) versteigert wurde.
