Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Campagne De Grasse: Le Village De Cabris by Gabriel Deschamps was auctioned at Christies in London in April 2013. The price achieved of GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,770.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by Gabriel Deschamps have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Panorame D'Eze in February 2009 with an auction result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,897.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Campagne De Grasse: Le Village De Cabris von Gabriel Deschamps kam im April 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.770,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.200,00 – 1.800,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gabriel Deschamps auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Panorame D'Eze im Februar 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 7.897,65).
