Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Petite chapelle en Provence by Gabriel Deschamps was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November this year. The price achieved of GBP 1,152.00 (€ 1,334.92) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Gabriel Deschamps have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Panorame D'Eze in February 2009 with an auction result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 7,897.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Petite chapelle en Provence von Gabriel Deschamps kam im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.152,00 (€ 1.334,92) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gabriel Deschamps auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Panorame D'Eze im Februar 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 7.897,65).
