Auction result misses estimated price range
In March last year a collector was able to acquire the work AFFECTION// by Fvckrender for GBP 32,760.00 (€ 38,840.67). This price was achieved in the auction Modern & Contemporary Day Auction at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 60,000.00 – 80,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fvckrender - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work SHIFT//, which sold at auction in June 2021 for USD 107,100.00 (€ 90,395.00).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit AFFECTION// von Fvckrender für GBP 32.760,00 (€ 38.840,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern & Contemporary Day Auction bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Fvckrender mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit SHIFT// beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für USD 107.100,00 (€ 90.395,00) versteigert wurde.
