Sold at the upper estimate price
In April last year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Minitrans" by Fredrik Wretman. The auction ended at the price of SEK 30,000.00 (€ 2,904.05), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of SEK 25,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fredrik Wretman - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work "Goatrans", which sold at auction in October last year for SEK 90,000.00 (€ 8,235.35).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im April letzten Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Minitrans" von Fredrik Wretman zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 30.000,00 (€ 2.904,05) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Fredrik Wretman mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit "Goatrans" beobachtet, die im Oktober letzten Jahres für SEK 90.000,00 (€ 8.235,35) versteigert wurde.
