Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work "Möteslokalen i Julita" by Fredrik Hofwander for SEK 28,000.00 (€ 2,652.87). This price was achieved in the auction Contemporary Art & Design at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Fredrik Hofwander have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2021 by the work "Lament for a lost world, even if that world contained its own sorrows and disappointments" at SEK 40,000.00 (€ 3,933.50).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit "Möteslokalen i Julita" von Fredrik Hofwander für SEK 28.000,00 (€ 2.652,87) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Design bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Fredrik Hofwander wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im April 2021 die Arbeit "Lament for a lost world, even if that world contained its own sorrows and disappointments" mit SEK 40.000,00 (€ 3.933,50).
