Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frederick H. Evans achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work 'A Sea Of Steps', Wells Cathedral, Steps To Chapter House, 1903 in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 233,000.00 (€ 171,399.15).
