Admittedly, works by Frederick H. Evans have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work 'A Sea Of Steps', Wells Cathedral, Steps To Chapter House, 1903 in October 2013 with an auction result of USD 233,000.00 (€ 171,399.15).

Bransten Collection of Photographs bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von USD 21.250,00 (€ 19.504,36) und damit 42% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Frederick H.
