Auction result well in line with expectations
In June last year Bonhams in London held the auction India in Art, which included the work VISIT INDIA LAND OF SUNSHINE & COLOUR by Fred Taylor. The price achieved of GBP 6,375.00 (€ 7,405.94) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Other works by Fred Taylor have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work British Hong Kong was auctioned for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,763.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Bonhams in London die Auktion India in Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit VISIT INDIA LAND OF SUNSHINE & COLOUR von Fred Taylor zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.375,00 (€ 7.405,94) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Fred Taylor konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit British Hong Kong für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.763,16) versteigert.
