Auction result well in line with expectations
In July 2004 Christies in London held the auction AT HOME - BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES, which included the work Schale mit apfelen by Franz Priking. The price achieved of GBP 657.25 (€ 993.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Franz Priking have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still life of fruit on a table in March 2007 with an auction result of USD 5,760.00 (€ 4,306.86).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juli 2004 führte Christies in London die Auktion AT HOME - BRITISH AND CONTINENTAL PICTURES durch, in der auch die Arbeit Schale mit apfelen von Franz Priking zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 657,25 (€ 993,25) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 600,00 – 800,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Franz Priking auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still life of fruit on a table im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.760,00 (€ 4.306,86).
