The work Bouquet de fleurs by Franz Priking was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June 2006. It achieved a price of EUR 900.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50 %. Admittedly, works by Franz Priking have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still life of fruit on a table in March 2007 with an auction result of USD 5,760.00 (€ 4,306.86).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bouquet de fleurs von Franz Priking kam im Juni 2006 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 900,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Franz Priking auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still life of fruit on a table im März 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 5.760,00 (€ 4.306,86).
