Sold at the upper estimate price
This work without title by Franz Borghese was auctioned at Il Ponte in November last year. The auction ended at the price of EUR 1,500.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Franz Borghese have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Personaggi in November 2005 with an auction result of EUR 10,540.00.
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Franz Borghese kam im November letzten Jahres bei Il Ponte zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 1.500,00 entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Franz Borghese auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Personaggi im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 10.540,00.
