Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Figure by Franz Borghese was auctioned at Christies in Milan in May 2002. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 3,968.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Franz Borghese - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Personaggi, which sold at auction in November 2005 for EUR 10,540.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Figure von Franz Borghese kam im Mai 2002 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 3.968,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Franz Borghese mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Personaggi beobachtet, die im November 2005 für EUR 10.540,00 versteigert wurde.
