Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2017 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Art, which included the work Intérieur Rustique Aux Cuivres by François Ryckhals. The price achieved of EUR 2,600.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by François Ryckhals - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Intérieur d'étable, which sold at auction in June 2004 for EUR 9,400.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2017 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Intérieur Rustique Aux Cuivres von François Ryckhals zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 2.600,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von François Ryckhals mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Intérieur d'étable beobachtet, die im Juni 2004 für EUR 9.400,00 versteigert wurde.
