Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2011 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Paintings, 19th Century Sculptures, which included the work Portrait D'Une Dame De Qualité De La Famille Dointerp by Frans Pourbus the Younger. The price achieved of EUR 6,375.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frans Pourbus the Younger achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait En Buste D'Elisabeth De in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 529,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2011 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Paintings, 19th Century Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait D'Une Dame De Qualité De La Famille Dointerp von Frans Pourbus the Younger zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 6.375,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Frans Pourbus the Younger erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait En Buste D'Elisabeth De im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 529.500,00.
