The work Phantom Ship by Frank Hurley was auctioned at Christies in London in September 2005. It achieved a price of GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,685.98), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Frank Hurley achieve.
