The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 161,000.00 (€ 146,443.51) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Francisco Corzas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2018 the work Desnudo de espalda was auctioned for USD 200,000.00 (€ 171,379.61).
