This artwork by Francis Gruber achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Paris in May 2006. In the Art Impressionniste et Moderne auction, the work Le Parc sold for EUR 16,800.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 7,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Francis Gruber; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Les Otages - 1946 sold at auction in December 2020 with the realized price of EUR 25,000.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Francis Gruber erzielte im Mai 2006 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne wurde die Arbeit Le Parc für EUR 16.800,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 7.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Francis Gruber; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Les Otages - 1946 im Dezember 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 25.000,00.
