Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Zinnias in a vase by Floris Verster was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in October 2003. The price achieved of EUR 5,975.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Admittedly, works by Floris Verster have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl in April 2009 with an auction result of EUR 42,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Zinnias in a vase von Floris Verster kam im Oktober 2003 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 5.975,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Floris Verster auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.750,00.
