This artwork by Floris Verster achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in July 2021. In the European & British Art auction, the work Wit Delftsche vaas met zinnia’s sold for GBP 22,680.00 (€ 26,597.00) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 12,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Floris Verster; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl sold at auction in April 2009 with the realized price of EUR 42,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Floris Verster erzielte im Juli 2021 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion European & British Art wurde die Arbeit Wit Delftsche vaas met zinnia’s für GBP 22.680,00 (€ 26.597,00) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 12.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Floris Verster; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl im April 2009 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 42.750,00.
