Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2016 a collector was able to acquire the work A farm with pigs by Floris Verster for EUR 3,750.00. This price was achieved in the auction Old Masters & 19th Century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 5,000.00 – 7,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Floris Verster achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl in April 2009 with an auction result of EUR 42,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2016 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A farm with pigs von Floris Verster für EUR 3.750,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Masters & 19th Century Art - (including Dutch Impressionism) bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 5.000,00 – 7.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Floris Verster erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.750,00.
