Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2007 a collector was able to acquire the work A Still Life With Roses by Floris Verster for EUR 5,250.00. This price was achieved in the auction 19th Century European Paintings at Sothebys in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 6,000.00 – 9,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Floris Verster have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl in April 2009 with an auction result of EUR 42,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2007 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A Still Life With Roses von Floris Verster für EUR 5.250,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion 19th Century European Paintings bei Sothebys in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 6.000,00 – 9.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Floris Verster auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dutch A Still Life With Marigold And Delphinium In A Bowl im April 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.750,00.
