Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2019 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art Online, which included the work Colores patrios by Florencio Molina Campos. The price achieved of USD 6,250.00 (€ 5,672.02) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Florencio Molina Campos achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Polo Player in May 2010 with an auction result of USD 74,500.00 (€ 60,231.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2019 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Colores patrios von Florencio Molina Campos zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 6.250,00 (€ 5.672,02) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Florencio Molina Campos erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Polo Player im Mai 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 74.500,00 (€ 60.231,22).
