The work Ali Underwater by Flip Schulke was sold in the Photographs auction at Phillips in London in November this year. It achieved a price of GBP 15,240.00 (€ 17,659.85), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 27%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Flip Schulke - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Muhammad Ali Boxing Underwater, which sold at auction in November 2008 for GBP 37,250.00 (€ 45,038.05).

Die Arbeit Ali Underwater von Flip Schulke wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion Photographs bei Phillips in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 15.240,00 (€ 17.659,85) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 27%. Für andere Arbeiten von Flip Schulke mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Muhammad Ali Boxing Underwater beobachtet, die im November 2008 für GBP 37.250,00 (€ 45.038,05) versteigert wurde.
