It achieved a price of GBP 23,750.00 (€ 26,075.92), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58%. Admittedly, works by Ferraù Fenzoni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Pool of Bethesda (recto); A subsidiary study of the lower right group and of the figure of Christ (verso) in January 2000 with an auction result of USD 200,500.00 (€ 205,493.49).

Die Arbeit The Death of Lucretia von Ferraù Fenzoni kam im Juli 2019 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 23.750,00 (€ 26.075,92) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ferraù Fenzoni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Pool of Bethesda (recto); A subsidiary study of the lower right group and of the figure of Christ (verso) im Januar 2000 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 200.500,00 (€ 205.493,49).
