A top price for Fernanda Brunet - as previously expected
In November 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Post-War and Contemporary Afternoon Session, which included the work Elefante Rayas by Fernanda Brunet. The result of USD 15,000.00 (€ 11,024.55) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 15,000.00 – 20,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Elefante Rayas is the most expensive artwork by Fernanda Brunet that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im November 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Afternoon Session durch, in der auch die Arbeit Elefante Rayas von Fernanda Brunet zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 15.000,00 (€ 11.024,55) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Elefante Rayas das teuerste Kunstwerk von Fernanda Brunet, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
