Auction result misses estimated price range
In October last year a collector was able to acquire this work without title by Fereydoun Ave for EUR 656.00. This price was achieved in the auction Robert William Burke at Artcurial in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fereydoun Ave achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rostam In Late Summer in May 2006 with an auction result of USD 10,200.00 (€ 7,948.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober letzten Jahres konnte ein Sammler diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Fereydoun Ave für EUR 656,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Robert William Burke bei Artcurial in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fereydoun Ave erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rostam In Late Summer im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.200,00 (€ 7.948,26).
