Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Fereydoun Ave could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in October last year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Robert William Burke auction, the work Untitled - 1989 changed hands for EUR 1,443.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fereydoun Ave have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rostam In Late Summer in May 2006 with an auction result of USD 10,200.00 (€ 7,948.26).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Fereydoun Ave konnte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Robert William Burke wechselte die Arbeit Untitled - 1989 für EUR 1.443,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fereydoun Ave auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rostam In Late Summer im Mai 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 10.200,00 (€ 7.948,26).
