A top price for Ferdinando Vichi - as previously expected
The work Psyche by Ferdinando Vichi was sold in the European Art auction at Christies in Paris in October this year. The price achieved of USD 138,600.00 (€ 131,150.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 120,000.00 – 180,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Psyche is the most expensive artwork by Ferdinando Vichi that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Psyche von Ferdinando Vichi wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion European Art bei Christies in Paris versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 138.600,00 (€ 131.150,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 120.000,00 – 180.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Psyche das teuerste Kunstwerk von Ferdinando Vichi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
