In the American Art Online auction, the work Fruit and Plants with a Crystal Bowl sold for USD 27,500.00 (€ 24,665.89) - well above the upper estimate of USD 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ferdinand Richardt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View of Niagara Falls in May 2007 with an auction result of USD 288,000.00 (€ 214,078.64).

Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ferdinand Richardt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View of Niagara Falls im Mai 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 288.000,00 (€ 214.078,64).
