Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction Contemporary Art Day Auction, which included the work Cape Series, Conclusions by Felix Anaut. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,835.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Felix Anaut - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Baroque Partition Ii, which sold at auction in October 2012 for GBP 18,750.00 (€ 23,312.34).
