This artwork by Felice Casorati achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in February 2016. In the Impressionist & Modern Art & Picasso Ceramics auction, the work Vocazione sold for GBP 50,000.00 (€ 64,068.83) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Felice Casorati have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lo studio in November 2008 with an auction result of EUR 605,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Felice Casorati erzielte im Februar 2016 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art & Picasso Ceramics wurde die Arbeit Vocazione für GBP 50.000,00 (€ 64.068,83) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Felice Casorati auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lo studio im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 605.600,00.
