Sold at the lower estimate price
In May this year Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Ritratto della sorella Elvira by Felice Casorati. The result of EUR 4,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Felice Casorati achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Lo studio in November 2008 with an auction result of EUR 605,600.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ritratto della sorella Elvira von Felice Casorati zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 4.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Felice Casorati erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Lo studio im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 605.600,00.
