The work Late Autumn Weather by Fang Jun was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 16,899.75), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Fang Jun - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Wild Geese Appear for a Good Autumn, which sold at auction in August last year for HKD 271,400.00 (€ 34,353.07).

Die Arbeit Late Autumn Weather von Fang Jun kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 16.899,75) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Fang Jun mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Wild Geese Appear for a Good Autumn beobachtet, die im August letzten Jahres für HKD 271.400,00 (€ 34.353,07) versteigert wurde.
