Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Cheetahs by Fang Chuxiong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in October last year. The price achieved of HKD 216,000.00 (€ 27,679.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 180,000.00 – 280,000.00. Other works by Fang Chuxiong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work Cat was auctioned for HKD 42,000.00 (€ 42,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two Cheetahs von Fang Chuxiong wurde im Oktober letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 216.000,00 (€ 27.679,48) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 180.000,00 – 280.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Fang Chuxiong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit Cat für HKD 42.000,00 (€ 42.890,22) versteigert.
