Auction result well in line with expectations
In April this year China Guardian in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Fox by Fang Chuxiong. The price achieved of HKD 36,000.00 (€ 36,763.04) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Other works by Fang Chuxiong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April this year the work Cat was auctioned for HKD 42,000.00 (€ 42,890.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April diesen Jahres führte China Guardian in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fox von Fang Chuxiong zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 36.000,00 (€ 36.763,04) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Fang Chuxiong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April diesen Jahres die Arbeit Cat für HKD 42.000,00 (€ 42.890,22) versteigert.
