Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Inter-Brushstroke by Fabian Marcaccio was sold in the Latin America auction at Phillips in New York in November 2011. The price achieved of USD 5,000.00 (€ 3,716.64) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fabian Marcaccio have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mutual betrayal #2 in May 2001 with an auction result of USD 25,850.00 (€ 30,573.63).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Inter-Brushstroke von Fabian Marcaccio wurde im November 2011 in der Auktion Latin America bei Phillips in New York versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 5.000,00 (€ 3.716,64) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fabian Marcaccio auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mutual betrayal #2 im Mai 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.850,00 (€ 30.573,63).
