Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Mountains in Snow by Fa Ruozhen was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in December last year. The price achieved of HKD 2,520,000.00 (€ 301,985.42) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 2,200,000.00 – 2,800,000.00. Admittedly, works by Fa Ruozhen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 11,050,000.00 (€ 1,228,648.00).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Mountains in Snow von Fa Ruozhen kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 2.520.000,00 (€ 301.985,42) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 2.200.000,00 – 2.800.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Fa Ruozhen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 11.050.000,00 (€ 1.228.648,00).
