Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Couplet In Running Cursive Script Calligraphy by Fa Ruozhen was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in October 2001. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 30,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 30,550.00 (€ 4,355.07). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Fa Ruozhen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Cursive Script Calligraphy in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 11,050,000.00 (€ 1,228,648.00).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Couplet In Running Cursive Script Calligraphy von Fa Ruozhen kam im Oktober 2001 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 30.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 30.550,00 (€ 4.355,07) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Fa Ruozhen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Cursive Script Calligraphy im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 11.050.000,00 (€ 1.228.648,00).
