This artwork by Eugène Leroy achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in June last year. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Vase De Fleurs - 1943 sold for EUR 12,464.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00. Admittedly, works by Eugène Leroy have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in June 2021 with an auction result of EUR 94,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Eugène Leroy erzielte im Juni letzten Jahres bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Vase De Fleurs - 1943 für EUR 12.464,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Eugène Leroy auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 94.500,00.
