Sold at the lower estimate price
In April this year Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Naturutsikt" by Ernst Billgren. The result of SEK 60,000.00 (€ 5,304.35) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ernst Billgren have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Ekorre" (Squirrel) in May 2012 with an auction result of SEK 410,000.00 (€ 43,307.99).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im April diesen Jahres führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Naturutsikt" von Ernst Billgren zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 60.000,00 (€ 5.304,35) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ernst Billgren auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Ekorre" (Squirrel) im Mai 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 410.000,00 (€ 43.307,99).
